Cancellation and Late policy.

• No refunds for class or event purchases. Credit may be received if cancellation completed in time.

• Late Cancellation/No Show Policy for Prepaid Classes: If you cancel within 6 hours or do not show up to your scheduled yoga class or within 12 hours of your scheduled yoga class and have already paid for your class in the form of 10 pack or drop-in, you will lose this class purchase.

• Late Cancellation/No Show Policy for Unlimited Packages: There is no charge for YUG members with this type of package, though it is appreciated if you cancel within 4 hours, to allow space to be opened for others.

• Late Policy: Students are considered late at 1 minute past class start time and will not be permitted to enter class.

  Cell Phone Policy.

  CALLS:
  1. No calls or texts are permitted in class.
  2. Phones must be kept on silent.
  3. If you have an emergency call, quietly leave the room to answer.
  
  FILMING/PICTURES
  1. Filming during class is permitted as long as you FIRST ASK PERMISSION TO YOUR TEACHER AND OTHER STUDENTS in class around you.
  2. If your teacher and other students are okay with you filming, you are allowed to do so as long as you are positioned in the back of the class.
  3. You are allowed to take videos or pictures of your practice only if NO ONE ELSE is framed. If anyone else is framed, make sure you ask permission to the person, whether you post or not.
  4. In doing so, make sure you are not disturbing peoples’ practice.
