The anatomical female pelvic floor has historically been swept under the rug of conversation and exploration. We hear words like kegels, tight, and loose, but what do they mean, and why is it important to build and maintain health in this part of our body, especially as we age?
Join Jodi Epstein for a 2-hour workshop prioritizing female pelvic floor health where you'll:
Explore strengthening exercises beyond kegels.
Experience the importance of hip mobility, stretching, and relaxation
Discover breathing practices that will help optimize pelvic floor health.
Fusing isolated strengthening with the stretching and mindfulness practices of yoga, this workshop will help you connect with and befriend a vital part of your body.
*If you are experiencing pelvic pain or dysfunction, please email the teacher beforehand at practicewithjodi@gmail.com to make sure this workshop is right for you at this time.
**This workshop is for people born with an anatomical female pelvis and pelvic floor. You do not have to identify as a woman to attend.
