  • Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a combination of yoga postures, pilates, gymnastics, and dance. With the use of a suspended silk hammock, which can also be thought of as a "yoga swing", this open level class will teach you to flow through yoga stretches with grace and offer the opportunity to practice poses that may not be as easily accessible on the mat.

Doors open 15 minutes before class starts. Students should arrive no less than 10 minutes prior to class start, to leave time for hammock adjustment and check-in.

  • Vinyasa - Open Level

Breath-synchronized, flowing, and dynamic movements are used to transition between sustained postures. Using the breath to flow from one pose to the next, no one class is the same and follows the style of the teacher. All levels are welcome. Doors open 15 minutes before class starts.
