Deep Dive Into A Grounding Practice

Yin Yoga is a grounding, calming, passive and meditative practice where all the poses are done on the floor. It is complimentary to more Yang activities such as vinyasa yoga, running, cycling, swimming, and lifting weights. Each pose targets tighter, contracting connective tissues around shoulders, lower back and hips to help release tensions and knots. In this workshop, you will learn how to utilize props (If you wish not to use the props, you don’t have to!) to support your body to ease into longer held poses. The after effect? You will feel rejuvenated and restored in your body and mind.
