In this 90-minute workshop, you will be guided through various massage techniques using the Yoga TuneUp balls that will release unwanted knots & stress. Christine will also incorporate gentle yoga stretches that correspond with the targeted muscle groups to improve mobility within your body. The workshop will conclude with the option of essential oils & yoga nidra to achieve an afternoon of complete bliss.
Christine Oakes has been a personal trainer & yoga instructor for over 12 years. She is a 500 hour E-RYT with her training in vinyasa, power vinyasa, gentle, yin, restorative, meditation, and Yoga TuneUp. As a local Woodside resident, she hopes to guide those in her community to feel better in their bodies with the tools of fitness & mindfulness.
