We will start with full yogic breath and the Hamsa meditation of unification to connect with and activate the divine within. Transition into a restorative shavasana and guide the breath of light to the innermost parts of the body.

She was initiated as a Yoga Master from her Guru and named Annapurna, the one who nourishes the soul. She has a holistic approach to the ancient yogic techniques for healing and transformation into the True Self.
