Artmaking & Yoga Practice - A Perfect Match
Creativity is an innate quality of being human. In every molecular structure of our DNA, creativity abounds and allows for new ideas and inspiration to flow.
The practice and play of Yoga and the Visual Arts are complimentary Sciences in that they both open up pathways to the healing flow of life. They both offer opportunities to explore, to empower and to inspire. Both provide challenges that surprise us and bring great joy.
Come join us for this very unique Art Making and Yoga Practicing Workshop.
We will explore being in our own bodies in a very distinct and direct way and feel the lines and shapes of our bodies in motion on the mat. We will be guided through the process of drawing in a variety of styles and conclude with creating a series of drawings using an aerial practitioner of yoga as our muse and model.

Stephani Dimopoulos is the founder and director of the Dimos School of Intuitive Arts. A practitioner and educator of the visual and spiritual arts for over 40 years, she has taught over a thousand students ages 3- 85.
