LMT, la mesa, is this meeting point that we create where we will talk about life, our concerns related to spirituality, personal and professional development. We will meet to share with you tools and knowledge that we have learned and applied in our lives. And, of course, to learn from you, from your story and your experiences.

“LA MESA que lo dice TODO” is a safe, real, and free of prejudice place where you will be able to express yourself as you feel it in the moment.

Who are the creators of this amazing space?

We are 3 passionate Latina women and friend who are here to serve from the Self and from what we are devoted to doing. All that we are open to offer is from our heart and soul.

The objective of the meetings at “LA MESA que lo dice TODO” is to create a community, a support group where you can express your concerns about life and share your story. A space where you will realize that we are all looking for the same thing; wellness and balance. And also, why not, have some fun and laugh a lot with the women you will meet in La Mesa.

Our Logo

Our logo is a triquetra symbol that has different meanings. One of the representations is the maiden, the mother and the old woman that are connected with female fertility. The maiden represents a young girl symbolizing youth, pleasure, innocence and new beginnings. The mother represents love, fertility and maturity symbolizing the middle of a woman's life while caring for others. The old woman: represents the facets of the other stages but focuses on the wisdom learned from a long life.

The three women represent the cycle of life, evoking the innocence of a girl's youth, the maturity as she ages and the wisdom gained throughout life. For us, this symbol represents the union we have between the three of us and among all women, whatever stage in our lives each one of us is going through.
