With the art of utilizing the breath, we can begin to return home to our bodies and reinstate calmness, security, and grounding. We will utilize the tools given to us at birth to explore the powers we hold within ourselves. This class is designed to settle the nervous system through breathing and can create an environment optimal for releasing stress, tension, trauma, and emotion stored within the brain or body. With release comes space to meet ourselves in a new light. Through the breath, we will return, fully, to ourselves.

About Molly Jewett:
Molly started her breathwork journey in 2019 in a beach-front studio in her hometown of Los Angeles. She has always loved yoga, meditating, and wellness, but breathwork was the first time she felt she had truly arrived home. After moving to New York, she began studying it more intensely in 2022 and began to get certified to be a trained Breathwork facilitator in 2022. Before breathwork, she was also an LGBTQ-youth community group facilitator as well as an abortion counselor, all while studying gender and sex politics with a sociology degree from Cal State San Marcos.
She merges her passion and awareness of human rights, and her empathy for various identities with her somatic healing to hold space for people of all backgrounds. With her education, she bridges the gap between social issues and somatic wellness acknowledging the, sometimes, complicated dynamic between inner power and external circumstances. She approaches her breathwork classes as a way to ignite introspection, grounding, and a foundation for healing for people regardless of where they're at. She will never deny that sometimes life can be hard, but she will always hope to make the time in her class an easier part of life.
