Megan (she/her) is an Astoria resident and has lived in New York for over 13 years. She grew up training in many styles of dance, started practicing yoga in grade school, and is committed to being a forever student. She uses her enthusiasm for movement and breath to guide folks into feeling empowered, safe, and joyful as they build and expand their yoga foundations. The breath, mind, and body connection of a vinyasa-style flow has a special place in her heart, however slowing things down is just as special and important. Off the mat or out of the studio, you can find her painting, cooking up plant-based meals, and watching DIY youtube videos.
