Join Verónica for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to use pinky balls for self-massage along fascia, meridian lines, and acupressure points in the body. These small but powerful tools help release muscle tension, open restricted fascia, and stimulate the body’s natural energy flow.

What is fascia?

Fascia is your body’s web-like connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. When it gets tight, it can limit movement, create pain, and even affect how energy flows through the body.

What are meridians + acupressure points?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), meridians are pathways that carry energy (Qi) through the body, connecting organs and systems. Along these pathways are acupressure points. These are specific spots that can be stimulated to release blockages, ease discomfort, and restore balance.

How do pinky balls help?

By rolling pinky balls along these lines and pressing into acupressure points, you not only soften tight fascia but also activate the body’s energy channels. This creates a practice that feels both physically releasing and deeply restorative.
