Originally from Panama, Ana was introduced to yoga at an early age through her aunt’s wellness center. While she felt an initial connection, it wasn’t until 2009 that she committed to the practice and began a transformative journey that led her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in 2015. Since then, she has practiced various styles but is especially drawn to the healing and meditative practices of Yin and Meridian Yoga Therapy. Under the guidance of Rose Erin Vaughan at Science of Self Yoga, she has completed 200 hours of studies in these styles and is now working toward her advanced 300-hour training.
In all her classes, Ana strives to create a safe and nurturing space for students to turn inward, inviting stillness and surrender to deepen the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
